No-cost review of your case by experienced LA lemon law attorneys.
We work on contingency — you pay nothing unless we recover for you.
From paperwork to settlement, our team manages the entire process.
With over 6.5 million registered vehicles, Los Angeles County leads California — and the nation — in lemon law filings. Heavy traffic, extreme heat, and long commutes accelerate wear on defective components, surfacing manufacturing problems that might otherwise stay hidden.
Whether you bought your car in Beverly Hills, leased a truck in Long Beach, or purchased a CPO vehicle in the San Fernando Valley, California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act protects you — and our LA-based legal team knows exactly how to enforce it.

Our LA-based attorneys have spent over a decade focused exclusively on California lemon law. We've recovered more than $47 million for consumers across Los Angeles, Orange County, and beyond — and we know exactly how each major manufacturer's claims department operates.

California's lemon law — formally the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act — protects Los Angeles consumers who purchase or lease defective vehicles. If your car can't be fixed after a reasonable number of repair attempts, the manufacturer must either replace it or refund your money.
The law applies to new and used vehicles still under the original or CPO warranty, including cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and even RVs. It also covers leased vehicles. Best of all, the manufacturer must pay your attorney's fees — meaning real legal representation costs you nothing.
