Vivian Chen, Esq.
Vivian Chen is an Associate Attorney at Prestige Legal Solutions, where she advocates on behalf of employees and consumers across California. She brings a strong foundation in public interest law and trial advocacy to her role as plaintiff’s counsel, combining compassion with a relentless commitment to justice.
Vivian earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, she worked with the Harriet Buhai Center and the Lanterman Regional Center, providing legal advocacy for underserved and disadvantaged communities.
After becoming licensed in 2023, Vivian served as a trial defense attorney in juvenile dependency court, where she secured multiple full dismissals on behalf of her clients. Her early experience navigating high-stakes litigation in emotionally sensitive matters has shaped her empathetic, results-oriented approach to plaintiff-side practice.
